Maintenance Engineer - 4 on 4 off Nights - Circa £50,000 + Overtime
Location: Stansted, Essex (commutable from Harlow, Bishop's Stortford, Braintree, Chelmsford, Saffron Walden, and surrounding areas)

A well-established food manufacturer near Stansted is looking to strengthen their engineering team with a Maintenance Engineer to work on a 4 on 4 off night shift. This is a great opportunity to join a stable, recognised brand with modern equipment and a strong engineering culture.

The Role:

Reactive and planned maintenance on production and packaging equipment

Mechanical fault-finding, repairs, and reliability improvements

Supporting continuous improvement and working closely with production teams

Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance

What You'll Need:

Mechanical bias with experience in food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

Solid understanding of reactive and preventative maintenance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team on night shifts

Proactive and solutions-focused approach

What's on Offer:

Circa £50,000 base salary

Additional overtime available

4 on 4 off permanent nights
