Key Responsibilities:



Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently to meet daily output targets

Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks and accurate documentation

*

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times

*

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, reporting any issues or deviations immediately

*

Work closely with the wider production team and supervisors to meet deadlines and continuous improvement targets

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing – this is essential

*

Strong understanding of GMP, hygiene protocols, and working in a highly regulated environment

*

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and batch documentation accurately

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

*

Physically fit – role involves standing, repetitive tasks, and some lifting
