One of the fastest growing, global recruitment companies, with over 1500 staff globally, is looking to hire several people into their Life Sciences brand. The brand has huge reach into their client market and these additional hires are being made off the back of huge successes over the past 12 months.


They are looking to hire contact and perm recruiteres, fromSenior Consultantlevel through tonon-billing Manager.


Ideally they will want individuals to have experince within Life Sciences however they will also consider indivudals coming from a Medical recruitment background as well.


The business, would also be very interested in speaking with indivudals who have experience working the US life science market as well


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients in the Life Sciences sector, understanding their hiring needs and business challenges.
  • Source, qualify, and place top-tier candidates across various roles in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, and related fields.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, referrals, and database management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent business development and account management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and researchers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and talent movements within Life Sciences.
