Are you a senior life sciences lawyer ready to take the next step in your career?

Albion Rye Associates is partnering with a highly regarded law firm in London to appoint aPartnerwith proven expertise in the life sciences sector. This opportunity sits within a top-tier commercial, IP, or regulatory practice, with strong support to grow your platform and lead strategic development in this space.


The Role

You will play a key role in advising clients across the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem — from early-stage biotech to multinational pharmaceutical, medtech, diagnostics, and healthtech companies.


The practice has particular strength in:

  • Commercial and IP transactions (licensing, R&D, collaborations)
  • Regulatory and compliance matters (MHRA, EMA, market access)
  • Life sciences disputes, including IP litigation
  • TechBio, digital health, and data-driven innovation


What We're Looking For

  • A strong UK-qualified Partner or senior lawyer (Counsel/Senior Associate with business case)
  • A demonstrable track record advising life sciences clients
  • Business development experience and a growth mindset
  • A portable book of business is welcomed but not essential if you can demonstrate strategic value
