Job Title: LEV Service / Install Engineer
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Salary/Benefits: £28k - £48k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is seeking a hardworking and knowledgeable LEV Service / Install Engineer to cover contracts in the North West and along the M62 corridor. Candidates must be able to demonstrate robust hands-on experience and ideally will have worked across a wide variety of client sites, including: commercial, manufacturing, industrial and pharmaceutical. They are offering competitive salaries and benefits, including overtime and training opportunities.

Locations of work include: Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Heywood, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Prescot, St Helens, Warrington, Oldham, Radcliffe, Bolton, Manchester, Stalybridge, Hyde, Stockport, Stretford, Eccles, Altrincham, Leigh, Wigan, Skelmersdale, Brighouse, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Leeds, Pudsey, Batley, Mirfield, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Morley, Rothwell, Normanton.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be qualified with the BOHS P601 as a minimum
  • Will have a successful record working as an LEV Engineer, undertaking installations and servicing
  • Well-versed in technical guidelines, including COSHH and HSG 258
  • It would be beneficial to hold the CSCS and / or IPAF
  • Good IT and written ability
  • Flexible to travel in line with company requirements
  • Professional manner

    The Role:
  • Undertaking the testing, servicing and commissioning of LEV systems across a range of commercial, industrial, manufacturing and public sector sites
  • Assessing system performance and recommending actions to improve or replace components
  • Adhering to industry safety guidelines at all times
  • Attending PPM and reactive projects
  • Ordering parts and equipment as required
  • Ductwork installations and repairs
  • Writing bespoke service reports
  • Handing over systems to clients once completed
  • Maintaining the company's strong reputation
  • Being a key point of contact for clients, in order to answer any technical queries or provide project updates
