Shifts: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights,) - 16 days break every 7th cycle

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Operator to oversee the safe, consistent, and cost-effective operation of a key chemical processing plant. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in manufacturing who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot chemical processing systems with minimal supervision.
Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental standards, carrying out audits and corrective actions as needed.
Perform in-process analysis to ensure product quality meets required specifications.
Assist with maintenance activities, issue permits, and support engineering teams with isolations and risk assessments.
Use diagnostic tools, root cause analysis, and statistical process control techniques to improve plant performance.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems, documentation, and operational efficiencies.
Manage plant logistics, including ordering raw materials, arranging transport movements, and handling SAP system tasks.
Support the training and development of team members.What We're Looking For
