Job Title: Bioanalytical Scientist
About Us: A Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to providing high-quality bioanalytical services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients is seeking an experienced Bioanalytical Scientist to support in the delivery of Bioanalytical Projects to their clients.
The CRO specialises in regulated bioanalysis (BioA), supporting drug development from preclinical through to clinical stages (GLP / GCP / GxP).
Their state-of-the-art laboratory and experienced team are committed to delivering accurate and reliable data to support the next generation of therapeutics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and validate LCMS methods for the quantification of drugs, metabolites, and biomarkers in biological matrices. Perform sample analysis in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., GLP, GCP). Troubleshoot and maintain LCMS instrumentation to ensure optimal performance. Prepare and review bioanalytical reports and documentation. Collaborate with clients to understand their bioanalytical needs and provide technical support. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications:
PhD / MSc / Bsc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field. Extensive experience with LC/MS/MS troubleshooting, method development and validation. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for bioanalysis (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
