  • Nucleic acid medicines (mRNA and DNA)
  • Ex-vivo and in-vivo cell and genetic medicines
  • Gene therapy using viral vectors and gene editing
  • Autologous and allogenic cell therapy.


Role Overview:


Touchlight is currently seeking a skilled & highly organisedLaboratory Technicianto support our CDMO lab.


The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the completion of essential tasks such as buffer preparation, equipment verification, facility cleaning or stock control. The Lab Technician reports to the dbDNA Production Manager.


Your key duty will becreating buffers for laboratory methods and processes within a Grade D manufacturing facility. Additionally, you will be responsible forregular equipment calibration and verification checks.


You will helpmaintain our laboratoryto enable it to operate at its highest level of performance, as well as maintaining stocks and organising logistics. You will also be expected toidentify ongoing challenges and develop solutionsto maintain an optimal work environment and ensurecompliance with good H&S practices and company policies.


We'd like to hear from you, if you haveascientific backgroundor proven experience working in a laboratory, ideally in a GMPor production setting.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Science degree or relevant academic experience
  • Previous experience as Lab Technician is a plus
  • Experience with GMP is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP).
