  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across marketing, medical affairs, and commercial functions to maximise account growth and retention
  • Tailor event sponsorship solutions to client objectives while collaborating on content and agenda development
  • Use industry insights to inform sales strategies, monitor competitors, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through structured account planning
  • Work closely with internal teams including content, marketing, and operations to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Proven B2B sales experience in sponsorship and exhibition sales within pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors, consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Skilled in managing senior client relationships and adept at uncovering new opportunities within complex organisations
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including budget cycles, key decision-makers, and regulatory compliance
