Key Account Manager – East England


Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in the search of an experienced key account manager. Our client is part of a global pharmaceutical company who specialise in women’s health.


We are looking to speak to experienced people with a successful sales background within the pharmaceutical industry to join our client’s commercial team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about women’s health and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your region and make a direct impact on the business as it continues to scale. Our client works as a true partner for women’s health across the UK.


This role is covering the East of England region.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute the strategic plan to achieve sales, meet or exceed targets and efficiently manage the promotion of the portfolio, ensure customer engagement is aligned.
  • Plan, launch and promote products across the women’s health portfolio.
  • Deliver all necessary market access activities.
  • Develop local advocates and deliverable meetings programme
  • Be proactive in highlighting commercial opportunities
  • Plan, launch and promote medicines, using data and market insights to create and implement a strategic business plan at ICS level.


Requirements For The Role:

  • A solid background in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience preferable or demonstrable ability to engage with all levels within the NHS.
  • Launch experience
  • Strong strategic business planning
  • Sharp data analysis skills
  • Strong understanding of how national and local NHS drivers influence local healthcare priorities and Women’s Health
  • Experience securing formularies and a strong record of sales success.
  • Full driving license
  • ABPI qualified
