IQVIA is currently recruiting for a driven and passionate Key Account Manager to shape and direct the Intravenous Iron landscape in theEast Mids OR South Wales area.


As a Key Account Manager, you will provide a high-quality commercial approach, maximising opportunities and investments using your successful negotiation skills. You will be involved in high level clinical discussions around the product and its wealth of clinical data.


It will be essential to maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies (both local and national) by proactively reviewing their current positions and providing solutions where appropriate to ensure the use of our client’s products. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and independently drive sales. Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential and you must have contacts within either of the therapy areas.

You need:

  • Experience working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care, with full accountability for the sales of your product.
  • A proven track record of sales representative/KAM experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
  • Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • ABPI qualification
  • A high level of selling, commercial acumen and negotiating skills.
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with all business partners.
  • Up to date knowledge of the product, disease area and customer environment, including the NHS budgetary and planning processes.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
