Location: Cambridge, UK (remote)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and market share objectives for Biosimilars products.
  • Regularly visit relevant target physician groups to discuss the Biosimilars product portfolio.
  • Implement marketing and sales campaigns as well as go-to-market activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of Biosimilars products.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and support for key accounts.
  • Develop and support key accounts in your area, ensuring cross-functional cooperation.
  • Maintain contacts with relevant target groups during congresses, symposia, and other marketing events.
  • Organize and run events to promote Biosimilars products.
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with regional opinion leaders in relevant indications.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value of Biosimilars products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to stay informed about the latest developments in the Biosimilars market.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on Biosimilars/Biologics or Specialty Branded Rx.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and pharmaceutical market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
