Consult are exclusively representing a globally recognised leader in digital and restorative dental solutions who are seeking an accomplishedKey Account Managerto drive strategic growth and relationship excellence with some of their most significant DSO partners. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape high-value partnerships at the forefront of dental innovation.


The Opportunity

This role is suited to a commercially astute relationship builder with the credibility to engage senior executives and clinical influencers. You’ll own the end-to-end partnership with major DSO customers, delivering joint business planning, multi-site rollouts and pioneering digital and clinical solutions.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary senior contact, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical, digital, operations) to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans aligned with both partner goals and internal commercial targets.
  • Influence key stakeholders - from C-suite executives to operational leaders - using data-driven insights and value propositions.
  • Identify and grow commercial opportunities including new site activations, digital transformation and training adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves and regulatory changes to inform proactive strategy development.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in strategic account management, ideally within the dental, healthcare, medtech or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Direct experience working with or within DSOs is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across complex organisational structures.
  • Strong programme and project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering against KPIs.
  • Technologically fluent - able to articulate the business value of digital and clinical innovations.


Ideal Candidate Background

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Healthcare, or related field); postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-impact role where leadership and strategic thinking are key.
