Job Title: Junior IT Support Analyst
Location: Liverpool, UK

Salary: £26-27k per annum (DOE)

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining IT systems, ensuring business continuity, and delivering excellent user support in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st line technical support for all IT-related incidents and service requests across the business.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and enterprise applications
Customer Service experience
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other platforms.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third-party vendors as required.
Monitor IT infrastructure health and respond proactively to system alerts.
Document support activities, solutions, and knowledge articles using the ITSM system.
Support data backup processes and assist with disaster recovery planning.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common business applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) and remote desktop tools.
