Take the lead in shaping and delivering brand strategies on an international level, using an omnichannel approach to enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Manage key marketing initiatives, develop impactful campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise brand success. An exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer looking to make a real impact in paediatrics.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the international brand strategy that engages with local markets 
  • Supporting the implementation of strategies in European local markets
  • Operate cross functionally, touching all related departments relating to the commercialisation of the product 
  • Learn from sales teams’ experiences to maximise messaging impact
  • Manage relationships with agencies and external partners to ensure effective marketing
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to refine strategy and stay ahead


About you

  • Experienced pharmaceutical marketeer, with hands on experience managing operations across European affiliates
  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific or business field, or relevant experience 
  • Excellent communicator, ability to influence cross functionally to see projects to completion
  • Self starter, ability to work autonomously on own initiative
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical sales role highly regarded
  • Knowledge of the ABPI code, ideally with ABPI qualification
