Job Title:International Commercial Product Manager – CO₂ Incubators & Biological Safety Cabinets

Location:Flexible within Europe (near major international airport hub preferred)

Travel Requirement:≈ 25 % worldwide (trade shows, distributor visits, training road shows, manufacturing sites)

Position Summary

This role is all aboutcommercialisation. As International Commercial Product Manager (ICPM) you turn CO₂ Incubators and Biological Safety Cabinets from engineered hardware into revenue-generating, market-leading solutions. You will craft value propositions, energise channel partners, deliver compelling training, and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate adoption, echoing the impact on our other product lines.


Core Responsibilities

Commercial Growth & Demand Generation

  • Build and own annual commercial plans (ACP) that set revenue and unit-growth targets across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
  • Report monthly on Sales results vs the Previous Year and ACP, Market Dynamics and Key Actions required for the next 3 months.
  • Build Market Intelligence documentation, covering Global, Market and Country market size and shares of the key competitors. Monitor on a yearly basis.
  • Design integrated multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events) and manage their execution in partnership with the International marketing team.
  • Activate and develop distributors through joint business plans, promotional calendars, and regular performance reviews.
  • Support strategic opportunities and tenders with value-based proposals, support tender responses, and pricing consultation.

Training & Sales Enablement

  • Create scalable training programmes—e-learning modules, live demonstrations, and application videos—for inside sales, field sales, distributors, and service engineers.
  • Maintain and update sales playbooks, demo protocols, objection-handling guides, and competitive battle-cards/Wow Sheets.
  • Run regional trainings live and on-line; measure knowledge retention and track post-training win-rate improvements.

. Market Insight & Portfolio Leadership

  • Drive structured Voice-of-Customer activity (lab visits, exhibitions, surveys) and convert insights into feature upgrades and next-generation roadmap inputs.
  • Monitor competitive launches, regulatory changes, and adjacent technology trends; translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Manage the product lifecycle—regional line-up, positioning, and end-of-life planning—to keep the portfolio focused and differentiated.
  • Represent Haier Biomedical at international conferences and standards committees, reinforcing thought-leadership credentials.

  • Revenue and unit growth vs. AOP
  • Commercial Win Rates
  • Number of commercial personnel trained & certified, and post-training win-rate uplift
  • Market-share gain by Region, Country and Segments
  • On-time, in-scope execution of product launches and retirements


 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering, or Business; MSc or MBA advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • 3–5 years in product or commercial management for laboratory equipment, with strong knowledge of CO2 incubators or Biological Safety Cabinets.
  • Demonstrable success designing and executing marketing campaigns and sales-training programmes that delivered measurable revenue impact.
  • International market exposure and distributor/channel management preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong commercial acumen—forecasting, funnel management, campaign tracking.
  • Excellent presentation and instructional design abilities; adept at simplifying technical details for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical proficiency (Excel, Pivot Tables) with a data-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguous, high-growth environments and virtual, multicultural teams.
  • Mobility:Able to travel globally ≈ 25 % and collaborate smoothly across time zones.
