Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving innovation in the life sciences sector? We are seeking a proactive professional to bridge commercial and laboratory operations, leading exciting projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Proven project management experience within life sciences, ideally in in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), pharmaceuticals, or clinical trials.

  • Familiarity with IVDR processes and regulations in the UK and Europe.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.

  • Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) are desirable.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the logistics of resources, staff, and materials for lab projects.

  • Aligning IVDR and ISO compliance processes in collaboration with regulatory and quality teams.

  • Developing comprehensive project plans using Microsoft Project.

  • Organising and leading regular project meetings to track milestones, resources, and budgets.

  • Presenting updates, identifying challenges, and proposing solutions to senior leadership.

  • Ensuring operational readiness to enable seamless project transitions.
