We’re now looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing commercial team. If you are proactive, analytical, and ready to take the next step in your business development career, this is your opportunity.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales representative, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic client engagement, market research, and proposal support. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help expand our reach and enhance our presence in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth industry and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
Assist in developing outreach strategies and establishing long-term client relationships.
Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pricing strategies, and contracts.
Maintain and update client information in CRM systems and track opportunity progress.
Support initiatives for market expansion in new regions and therapeutic areas.
Provide administrative and operational support to the business development team.
Stay current with industry news and competitor activities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
Background in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and research skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
A collaborative mindset with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.
