A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Specialist to support compliance with UK regulations on chemical, biological, and physical hazards across its sites. This is a key role in developing exposure monitoring plans, ensuring containment verification, and driving health & safety initiatives within a high-hazard environment.

Open to full-time and part-time options.

What's Involved?

Developing and implementing industrial hygiene programmes, including air sampling, exposure monitoring, and containment testing.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative risk assessments related to dust, solvent exposure, noise, and ergonomics.
Ensuring regulatory compliance (COSHH, API handling, PPE programmes) and manage ChemDoc systems.
Working closely with EHS, production, and engineering teams to drive best practices.
Leading the development of safety training and occupational health protocols.What We're Looking For:

Degree in Science/Occupational Hygiene and BOHS Licentiate/Chartered Membership.
Experience in industrial hygiene within pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret monitoring data and regulatory requirements.
