Job summary:

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for driving projects schedules and leading projects across company and customer representatives based on company priorities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and manage Project Plans per defined project methodology. Ensure successful execution of the defined project scope. Effectively utilize company resources to meet project scope. Be solution oriented with the ability to identify and successfully manage project risks. Communicate overall project status based on defined project methodology. Contribute to overall project process improvement. Ability to travel as necessary. Performs other duties or special projects as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience working in hospital/hospital type environments. Must have independent work skills, a strong work ethic, strong leadership skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations. Possess excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of hospital administration and Masimo cross functional teams. Ability to travel as necessary. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project. Skills in Networking, Computer Languages (Linux, Windows), Medical device, Integration with Healthcare systems. Fluent in English and German. Any other European language is an asset.

Education:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
