Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant - R&D Clinical

Strategy Insights & Planning Consultants (SIPCs) create and deliver solutions for our clients and project teams. SIPCs leverage their analytic, synthesis, and communication skills to derive insights and solve business problems. They apply problem-solving frameworks to client issues, support change initiatives, and employ analytic techniques to guide decisions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences R&D organizations, data, systems, processes, and stakeholder types to aid analyses and recommendations;
  2. Manage multiple projects with significant direct client interaction;
  3. Apply advanced analytics and data management knowledge on clinical data sources to provide insights for Clinical Trial Optimization;
  4. Represent R&D business in Clinical Trial Optimization, driving innovation, business case development, and needs assessment workshops;
  5. Build ongoing client relationships with key stakeholders, including presentations;
  6. Manage and advise on clinical needs assessments, defining business and functional requirements following user-centric design practices;
  7. Drive methodology and frameworks for Clinical Trial Optimization solutions;
  8. Advise on clinical business process enhancements based on best practices and gaps analysis;
  9. Coach cross-functional teams on business and data domains to inform decisions;
  10. Develop training programs to build capabilities and share knowledge.

    What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in business, medical, life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields; or a Master's/PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or decision sciences with business application;
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity, and initiative;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact;
  • Attention to detail and quality focus;
  • Self-discipline in planning and organizing;
  • Enjoyment and aptitude for team leadership.
