Duties and responsibilities related to the Restaurant and Bar Manager role:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and Terrace as well as the Bar Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
  • Manage restaurant and bar teams to consistently deliver exceptional service and champion guest satisfaction initiatives through effective training and development of the team.
  • Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximising revenue and profitability.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilising innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
  • Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.

    About you 

    Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
