    Your Impact and Responsibilities

    Our tax professionals are innovative problem-solvers who guide businesses in optimizing their finances throughout their entire lifecycle. With the tax landscape constantly evolving, you'll face exciting challenges, receive ongoing development with support every step of the way.

    As a Tax Associate, you’ll experience the power of collaboration as you work with diverse teams on real projects. Start by learning the fundamentals, including:

  • Conducting a wide range of technical tax research
  • Producing corporation tax computations for large corporate household name brands
  • Working on a wide range of tax advisory projects
  • Assisting the Global Tax Solutions team in winning new clients for the Baker Tilly International Network
  • Being a key contact for the Baker Tilly International Network’s global VIP clients
  • Building key relationships with colleagues from other Baker Tilly teams around the globe
  • Studying towards your Professional Qualification (ATT Level 5 and/or CTA Level 7)
