An exciting opportunity for an experienced HS&E Advisor to join a prestigious bio-pharmaceutical company!

Our client is preparing an exciting relocation to a new state-of-the-art facility in 2026. As an HS&E Advisor, you’ll be playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of HSE programmes and compliance in the lead up to this move. You’ll be supporting in the decommissioning of the old site as well as establishing all HSE systems for the new site.

Duties will include:

  • Development and updating of HS&E procedures

  • Delivering workshops to support the continuous development of Health, Safety, Environmental & Wellbeing training programs

  • Collaborating and liaising closely with senior team members and stakeholders

  • Supporting and undertaking HS&E audits and assessments

    Experience Required:

  • Health & Safety experience is essential; ideally within the Scientific sector

  • NEBOSH Certificate minimum; with accreditation to IOSH at least at affiliate level

  • Confident communicator – works well across all departments

  • Good organisational & time management skills

    Please note: this position will be offered as an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension!
