About us:
We are a busy single site, forward thinking small animal practice in South Yorkshire. We have a close knit, friendly team that currently consist of 3 vets and a great mix of RVNs, SVNs, PCAs and Receptionists, all with a wealth of experience. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients whilst maintaining a warm and supportive atmosphere. Our practice is well established in the community, known for its family feel and compassionate approach; many of our clients are multi-generational, having been part of the practice for over 20 years. We have a wide and varied caseload with a flexible approach to rota patterns to ensure a good work/life balance.
Equipment:
We have digital x-ray, ultrasound, a separate dental table and area away from the prep room, separate kennels and cattery. We have an in-house laboratory so can run Biochemistry, Haematology, Urine tests, in-house Cytology.
The role you will play:
You will have the opportunity to build your own client base and to really make the practice feel like your own. This role includes some administration work as part of leading the vet team and time will be allocated for this accordingly. You will work alongside the Head Nurse in leading the clinical team on a day to day basis and report to the Practice Director. We are seeking someone with great clinical skills and a passion for mentoring and leadership. Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential as we can offer full support in developing your leadership skills.
We can offer a full-time role working 4 or 5 days per week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings. There is flexibility around days and hours worked –
