Continuity in patient assessment is critical to generating high-quality, regulatory-ready data in clinical research. ChilliPharm delivers a fully integrated, end-to-end video solution encompassing filming kit logistics, secure video capture, expert reviewer feedback, and patient de-identification for regulatory submission. Operating in a highly regulated environment, ChilliPharm ensures full compliance with international standards, including ISO 27001 certification, GDPR, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11/Annex 11. Although we are not an FDA-regulated company, we adhere to FDA expectations for Computer System Validation (CSV) to ensure our systems meet the necessary standards for data integrity, reliability, and compliance in support of regulatory submissions.

While our primary clients are pharmaceutical companies, our day-to-day users include Clinical Research Organisations (CROs) and hospital-based clinicians. The current offering is delivered as a SaaS platform supported by dedicated project managers for account administration.
