As Head of Service, you'll be at the forefront of this industry, managing the operations and technical delivery of services across multiple sites, while being supported in your own technical development.

The Role Of The Head of Service Will Include:
*Leading and managing a team of engineers across 7 sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
*Overseeing the smooth running of operations across the UK, with occasional overnight stays as required.

• Driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  
• Taking ownership of key responsibilities and fostering a culture of accountability within your team.
  
  The Successful Head of Service Will Have:
  
• A background/understanding with mechanical and electrical engineering (essential).
  
• Refrigeration experience (desirable).
  
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  
• Full driving license.
