We’re seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Head of Security to join our rapidly expanding team in Northwest London. This valued, onsite role offers the opportunity to build and lead robust security operations across our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the safety of our people, assets, and intellectual property.


B&S still has the feel of a family business, despite its rapid growth within the last 10 years. It is for this reason that everyone here feels valued and appreciated. You will be reporting directly to the COO and you will be a true leader, organised, with a sharp eye for risk and a proactive mindset.


Ex-military or ex-police professionals are strongly encouraged to apply, however this is not essential. You’ll need at least 6 years’ experience in security management, with a proven track record of implementing and overseeing high-level protection strategies.
