ROLE OVERVIEW


An exciting opportunity for someone to step up into a Head of Quality role, you will be working with a high energy senior leadership team and be building a high performing quality team. As the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Quality Teams and overseeing the Quality Assurance systems and batch release


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the Head of Quality will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. Effectively lead a team within the Quality Assurance Systems, Quality Operations, Quality Technical, and Quality Control teams including batch release


2. Ensure ongoing compliance with GMDP standards while providing technical support as needed and manage the the pharmaceutical quality systems


3. Oversee the implementation of the company’s quality strategy, aligning it with overall organisational goals and collaborating closely with directors.


4. Coach and supervise both the Quality Assurance team and the broader business teams, enhancing performance and skills to drive continuous improvements in KPIs.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Head of Quality we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Broad Quality Management experience across various pharmaceutical sectors including CDMO, Manufacturing


2. Extensive industry experience in managing or leading a quality team within a demanding, fast-paced environment, including ongoing development and training


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GMDP standards, quality assurance systems and batch release
