Are you a dynamic Senior Conference Producer with a passion for the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry?


Do you thrive on researching market trends, developing compelling event agendas, and bringing together key industry stakeholders?


As a Senior Life Sciences Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and delivering high-quality conferences that provide cutting-edge insights to industry professionals. You will work closely with key opinion leaders, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure the success of each event.


The Role:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Develop engaging and innovative conference agendas that attract senior-level attendees.
  • Identify and secure top-tier speakers, panellists, and industry experts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure maximum event reach and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Manage event timelines, ensuring all aspects of the conference production process run smoothly.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to deliver seamless event execution.
  • Evaluate conference success through post-event analysis and attendee feedback.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Conference Producer in a B2B setting within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify industry trends and develop relevant conference themes.
  • Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
