Senior Recruiter | MAPR,Medical Affairs, RWE| Freelance/Contracts EMEA We’re working with an innovative biotech advancing a first-in-class CNS/rare disease therapy as they prepare for their first commercial launch. They are now hiring a senior leader to build and lead market access strategy , starting in the UK , then expanding across key EU markets .
This is a high-impact, permanent role for someone ready to shape access strategy from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning UK market access planning and execution (pricing, reimbursement, HTA submission)
Leading early engagement with MHRA , NICE, and other UK stakeholders
Designing and scaling a European access strategy for France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and beyond
Developing value propositions and evidence generation plans for rare/CNS indications
Acting as a key strategic voice within global leadership and cross-functional teams
Ideal profile:
12–15+ years of senior market access experience across the UK and Europe
Strong background in rare disease and/or CNS
Track record of HTA success , pricing negotiations, and payer engagement
Proven leadership in building and scaling access functions in biotech/pharma
