We are pleased to be working with a leading Materials Testing and Inspection company who are looking for a Head of Laboratory for their site in the South East.As the Laboratory Manager/ Head of Laboratory you will lead a specialist team and manage all construction materials testing covering aggregates, asphalt or concreteResponsibilities include: Manage and lead all physical testing of materials within the laboratory.Design and develop testing procedures.Lead, coach and monitor a laboratory team.Troubleshoot testing methods and oversee maintenance of equipment.Ensure all work is carried out to the relevant quality standards and maintain the QMS.Manage all projects from conception/ proposal through to completion.
