Role Overview

We're looking for a visionaryHead of Content & Educationto lead the creation of trusted, inspiring, and educational content across all touchpoints. You’ll translate advanced medical science into digestible narratives that inform, convert, and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and oversee the brand's editorial vision across all channels (web, email, print, social).
  • Define the brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and narrative architecture across all content formats.
  • Establish the content roadmap for education-driven acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Create medical-grade, consumer-friendly content: articles, videos, newsletters, guides, expert interviews.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to translate scientific knowledge into accessible formats.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, accuracy standards, and audience segmentation needs.

SEO & Performance Content

  • Build and execute an SEO strategy to drive organic visibility for core topics such as “longevity medicine,” “biomarker diagnostics,” and “AI-powered health optimization.”
  • Implement a content performance dashboard to track engagement, time on page, and conversion from content funnels.
  • Optimize existing content assets to improve search rankings, internal linking, and reader retention.

Content Operations

  • Manage a team of in-house writers, medical editors, and freelance contributors.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars across campaigns, launches, and key awareness dates.
  • Maintain a scalable CMS structure and asset library for reuse across channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the CRM, growth, social, and partnerships teams to tailor content for use across lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Contribute to branded content needs for clinical brochures, wellness experiences, and internal comms.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in content strategy, journalism, or science communication.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining credibility.
  • Strong editorial judgment, writing, and leadership skills.
  • Bonus: healthcare or wellness brand experience.
