Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL) in strategic Partnership with a top tier medtech organization is launching a groundbreaking pilot program to redefine medication management through its pioneering platform. We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of Commercial Innovative Initiatives to lead this UK-based initiative — a first-of-its-kind, real-world validation of transformative healthcare technology.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of pharma-tech by orchestrating a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem involving pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy chains, regulators, and patients.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Foundation (Pre-Pilot Phase: 2025–2026)
    Lead recruitment of pharmacy partners and define therapeutic area (TA) focus
    Design patient recruitment strategy and support legal/entity setup
    Scope commercial and operational readiness
    Drive end-to-end execution of the pilot phases
    Own program timelines, KPI tracking, and milestone delivery
    Ensure alignment with medtech Partner and DRL leadership
  2. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
    Serve as the primary external representative for this pilot initiative
    Build and maintain strategic relationships with regulators, pharmacy chains, and healthcare providers
    Collaborate closely with global HQ teams
  3. Operational Oversight
    Oversee pharmacy-level workflows and implementation
    Coordinate technical support and patient onboarding processes
  4. Regulatory & Risk Management
    Engage with regulatory consultants to ensure full compliance
    Support NHS clinical trial strategy and risk mitigation planning
    Success Metrics
    Patient Impact: Onboard and retain significant number of chronic care patients
    Clinical Outcomes: Demonstrate measurable improvements in medication adherence and care delivery efficiency.
    User Satisfaction: Enhance patience and provider satisfaction with strong indication of interest in long term use of the product
    Scalability: Establish a robust infrastructure for national commercial rollout.
    Key Requirements:
    Must-Haves
    12+ years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medtech or digital health space.
    Deep knowledge of UK pharmaceutical operations, market impulse and regulatory landscape.
    Proven leadership in cross-sector partnerships and complex program delivery
    UK-based with willingness to travel for field operations
    High EQ, entrepreneurial mindset and persuasive communication and adaptability
    Preferred
    Experience with NHS, MHRA, or clinical trials
    Background in chronic disease markets
    Healthtech commercialization or go-to-market experience
