Location: Rainham RM13

Salary: £23,000 Basic with OTE of up to £36,000 inclusive of monthly, quarterly and annual bonus schemes

Client Profile:

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Gujarati Or Hindi Speaking Sales Executive to join their team based in Rainham, RM13.

Key Purpose:

The Gujarati or Hindi Speaking Sales Executive role requires a self-starter who is tenacious, inquisitive, supportive, attentive, and highly motivated. Additional qualities include good IT skills, good organisation, a positive “can do” attitude, and most importantly a willingness to learn and improve. You will be prospecting, calling up new potential clients, building a rapport with them, offering them our products, and closing sales with them.

The company will provide all the tools to succeed, including sales techniques and any training required to improve your knowledge of our industry. There is scope to grow and progress into a successful sales career. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take their first step into a rewarding sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone sales.

  • Converting warm sales leads into sales.

  • Managing the sales pipeline.

  • Managing sales tasks and updating the internal database

    Personal Specification:

    The successful candidate for the position, will have the following competences:

  • Drive, tenacity and enthusiasm.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.

  • Motivated and ambitious to hit and exceed targets.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional telephone manner with exceptional rapport building skills.

  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Must be able to work accurately, under pressure and hit targets.

  • Previous Sales experience

  • Ability to speak one of the following languages, Gujarati Or Hindi
