Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Lead the Grounds Team at a Prestigious Pharmaceutical Site!

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance of a high-profile pharmaceutical facility’s outdoor spaces in Liverpool. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.

Your Role:

As the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, you will take a hands-on and leadership role to ensure the facility’s outdoor areas are maintained to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include:



Team Supervision:

* Leading and managing a team of groundskeepers, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and quality work.

* Providing guidance, training, and support to team members to maintain high performance.

Grounds Management:

* Overseeing the maintenance of lawns, landscaped areas, flowerbeds, and pathways.

* Ensuring all outdoor spaces meet strict health, safety, and aesthetic standards required for a pharmaceutical site.

*

Communication and Reporting:

* Liaising with facilities management and other stakeholders to align groundskeeping activities with site requirements.

* Providing updates and reports on grounds maintenance activities and team performance.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in grounds maintenance, combined with leadership or supervisory experience. Other key attributes include:

* Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques, and groundskeeping best practices.

* Hands-on experience with groundskeeping tools, machinery, and equipment.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly in a commercial or pharmaceutical setting
