About the Role


We are seeking a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to play a crucial role in educating patients and healthcare professionals about life-changing treatments and innovations. Responsibilities


  • Conceptualise and design compelling visual content across a range of formats, including print, digital, and social media, while maintaining high standards of accessibility and localisation.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subject matter experts to deliver designs that align with strategic objectives, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring accuracy through all stages of production.
  • Develop engaging materials such as patient education content, clinical trial support resources, and brand campaigns for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare organisations.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high standards of design across all projects, incorporating strong typographic and layout skills while troubleshooting potential design issues.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and pitch meetings, demonstrating a problem-solving mindset and technical proficiency, including photo retouching and print production.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and print-readiness while working efficiently under pressure and maintaining a high level of detail.


Qualifications



  • A degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a design role, ideally within healthcare, education, or a similar industry.


Skills


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in video editing, animation, or web design is a plus but not essential.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including campaign materials, infographics, and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and respond to feedback.
