After a strong 2024 Skills Alliance are now hiring for Graduates to join our HQ in Summer 2025. We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals who may have an interest in working across the Life Science sector and are looking to start their career in Recruitment/Sales.

  • Career progression: based on meritocracy. We believe in promoting on merit and not tenure. Promotion to consultant within 6 months and senior consultant often at 12 months
  • Uncapped commission: structure up to 30% and no cap at all on how much you actually make. You also earn commission from day one.
  • International office relocation: we actively encourage and help with relocation for our employees who want to work in any of our other offices (New York, Seattle, Newport Beach, Frankfurt and Zurich).


Duties of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

  • Business Development and building business relationships
  • Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates
  • Negotiating and objection handling
  • Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Lead & referral generating
  • Becoming the expert in your market


What skills do you need?

  • Experience within a sales, retail sales, sports, customer facing or hospitality environment is desirable
  • Ability to listen, learn and apply new ideas quickly
  • Previous sales experience would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to achieve set targets and working to deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious and enjoy a fast-paced, but challenging atmosphere
