The Sales Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation talent for Emerson's Test & Measurement Business Unit as we expand our onboarding into Global Sales & Marketing. In this role, your coaching will help shape the trajectory of our new college graduates as you instill sales and technical best practice. Your investment will shape the culture of high-performing, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial engineers and create an environment where a diverse set of high achievers can thrive.

The successful candidate will inspire new engineers and build the team skillsets needed to exceed goals and maintain engagement across all phases of the program.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Coaching and mentorship ; providing an ongoing coaching cadence to the SDE team to refine skills and achieve targets Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, encouraging team members share best practices and continue to grow professionally Enabling connection to the larger NI organization including sales, FAE, customer operations, field marketing Supporting the creation and implementation of individual business plans, aligned to the region’s Account Plans Facilitating technical growth around product, solution, and business units Maintaining productive handshake with the marketing organization around overall lead performance and improvements Self -starting; ideating and creating process improvements for acceleration of business creation, knowledge, SDE engagement, or other improvements Building trust with employees and supporting as career guide for the next step after SDE Build university relationships, identify new SDEs, and hire the next superstars for Emerson's Test & Measurement Business Unit

You reward team efforts and encourage the sharing of team wins.For This Role, You Will Need:The successful candidate will typically have + years of successful sales or sales management experience in the field of test and measurement with demonstrated impact in Field Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Computer Science, and/or relevant technical experiencePreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Previous experience working with new college graduates is preferred.Our Offer To You:
