Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Sales Associate to join the team and support the expansion of our client’s orthopaedic portfolio across key NHS and private sector accounts in the South East.


This is a field-based, customer-facing role where you’ll play a vital part in supporting sales activities, developing in-depth product knowledge, and providing outstanding service to clinical and procurement stakeholders.


You’ll work closely with the wider commercial team to identify new business opportunities, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and help drive the growth of innovative orthopaedic solutions.


What skills and experience do you need to be considered?


  • Degree educated, ideally in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Sciences, Sports Science or a similar subject
  • A self-motivated, ambitious individual with a genuine interest in medical sales
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the orthopaedics/theatre sales space
