Your responsibilities day to day will be dependent on your placement at the time but will usually consist of three of the following areas: Formulations Applications Synthesis Product development Customer work requests Process development Technology development Sustainability analysis As part of the programme, you will receive tailored personal and professional development, involving on-the-job training, residential workshops and access to over 5000 e-learning courses.
