German into English Patent Linguists - Freelance Opportunity


RWS is seekingfreelance translators and proofreadersto establish a long-term collaboration for ongoingpatent translation projectswith the world’s leading technology brands.


We are looking for linguists with subject matter expertise primarily in Mechanical Engineering, Optics/Physics, Chemistry, and Electronics to work on Intellectual Property content. We also welcome applicants with experience in other technical fields related to patents.


If you have experience in patent translation, a commitment to delivering the highest quality, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!


🔹Job Type:Freelance Collaboration


🔹Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in English and German

• University degree in an engineering discipline and/or a degree in translation

• Minimum of 2 years experience in patent translations

• Ability to work with CAT tools (Trados Studio)
