Gas Engineer (Progression to Project Manager)

£45,000 - £55,000+ Training + Progression + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits

Peterborough

Are you a Gas Engineer from a Commercial or Industrial background looking to join a growing and successful business that will provide all the tools needed for you to become a fully qualified Project Manager?

On offer is the opportunity to manage a variety of commercial projects from cradle to grave in a company that will provide full internal training and are happy to maintain your certificates.

In this role you will be handling enquiries, allocate workloads and ensure consistent compliance with set regulations. You will make regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out efficiently and safely, reporting back directly to the Operations Manager.

This company provide engineering and facilities services-including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, interior fit-out, groundworks, and 24/7 maintenance-for commercial and industrial clients across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, and education

This role would suit a Gas Engineer from a Commercial or Industrial background looking to take the next step in their career to become a fully qualified Project Manager.

The Role:

  • Managing multiple projects from cradle to grave
  • Developing new business and strong customer relationships
  • Office based with occasional site visits
  • Internal training provided
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

The Person:

  • Gas Engineer or similar
  • Commercial or industrial background
