Production Foreman – Fabrication - Manufacturing –Brownhills

Brooklyn Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturer of stainless steel and aluminium food, beverage and pharmaceutical washing systems. This company are based in the Brownhills area of the West Midlands, close to Lichfield, Cannock and Walsall. They are looking for a Production Foreman / Production Controller.

As a Production Foreman / Production Controller you will be responsible for the day to day running of the fabrication site. You will be leading a team of 25-30 members of staff. Although this is a management position they are looking for someone who can lead from the top, someone who is happy to get their hands dirty to assist on the shopfloor if needed or to demonstrate how to do something.

To be suitable for this role of Production Foreman / Production Controller you should have previous management experience as well as having worked in a fabrication environment. You should also understand engineering drawings. TIG welding experience would be an advantage.

In return for your hard work as Production Foreman / Production Controller you will be rewarded with a generous salary, a company pension, and a supportive general manager.

The working hours for this position of Production Foreman / Production Controller are Mon – Thurs 7.15 - 4 and Fri 7.15 - 2.15.
