Finance Business Partner | Central London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week)


Simpson Judge has partnered with a PE-backed business growing through a mix of acquisitions and organic growth.


The Finance Business Partner position offers a fast-paced, hands-on role with key exposure to C-suite executives. This role involves driving strategic decision-making through analysis, partnering cross-functionally, supporting the Group FP&A processes, supporting the supply chain finance function and general business operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to complete annual planning, budgeting, and quarterly reforecasting cycles.
  • Highlight key assumptions and drivers in budget projections.
  • Identify and assess key business risks and opportunities.
  • Review monthly trading performance and its impact on forecasts.
  • Calculate and maintain KPIs for clear departmental performance insights.
  • Maintain a fully integrated 3-way model (P&L, BS, cash flow) for 12-18 month rolling forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to understand product dynamics.
  • Work with the Commercial Finance Analyst to review product profitability and address action points.
  • Champion ongoing systems development and automation of forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Enhance data integrity and reporting controls for agile scenario analysis.
  • Support reporting integration for newly acquired businesses.
  • Assist CFO and Director of FP&A with monthly reporting pack preparation.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.


Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified
  • Supply Chain finance experience is highly preferable
  • Pharmaceuticals experience is desirable
  • Strong Financial Modelling skills
  • Strong Business Partnering and stakeholder management
