Job Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer Biomedical to join our specialist team at MTS delivering medical equipment support to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH).

You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of biomedical devices - helping to keep essential healthcare services running smoothly. If you're passionate about service excellence and ready to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Carry out planned and corrective maintenance (PPM and remedial) on a variety of medical devices

  • Work to manufacturer specifications and quality standards

  • Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of service records and administrative documentation

  • Travel to various customer sites and represent Sodexo with professionalism and care

  • Maintain safe working practices in line with health and safety policies

  • Consult with third-party suppliers for parts and quotes

  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and spare stock

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 year's experience in a biomedical engineering environment

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Understanding of service-level KPIs and commitment to quality standards

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
