As the new Field Service Engineer, you will support senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment across various customer sites in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior technicians with on-site equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Diagnose technical issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate service records and report back to management.
  • Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and company compliance standards.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

  • A relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Diploma or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Physical fitness this is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving large equipment.
  • A full driving license with willingness to travel.
