Filed Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimal use of the Cordella System by providing training, education, and support to customers and patients. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring product use, interpreting clinical data, and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Cordella System across hospitals and clinical environments through hands-on training, troubleshooting, and education
  • Serve as a key liaison for physicians, nurses, cath lab technicians, and clinical trial staff, providing clinical guidance during system use and implant procedures
  • Deliver procedural support during device implantation and assist in troubleshooting both onsite and remotely
  • Support clinical trials by coordinating with heart failure teams and patient care staff, helping integrate Cordella system data and ensuring protocol adherence
  • Provide clinical education on device handling, maintenance, and clinical workflows; train internal and external stakeholders to ensure procedural proficiency
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and R&D teams to provide field insights and feedback that help drive product improvement and innovation
  • Represent the company in a clinical setting, offering in-depth product expertise that supports trial success and patient outcomes

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related medical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in cardiology or heart failure
  • Demonstrated experience supporting implantable devices or similar clinical technologies
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular-related procedures
  • Proficiency in clinical training, troubleshooting, and procedural guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare settings
  • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency may be required based on region)
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (including onsite support and training), with flexibility to support sites remotely

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Experience working in heart failure management or implantable device programs
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle feedback, including translating clinical observations into product improvement suggestions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to develop and present education materials and clinical training workshops
  • Comfort operating independently in hospital settings, collaborating across departments, and interfacing with physicians and technical staff
  • High level of professionalism, strategic thinking
