Empowering Precision Medicine Through Single-Cell Innovation

A pioneering force in the biotechnology space is seeking a passionate and driven Field Applications Specialist to join its expanding team across EMEA. This remote-based role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of single-cell multi-omics transforming how cancer and complex diseases are understood and treated.

What You'll Do

Deliver expert pre- and post-sales technical support, guiding top-tier research institutions and clinical labs in oncology and immunology.
Provide on-site and remote training, empowering users to unlock the full potential of a cutting-edge single-cell multi-omics platform.

Consult on experimental design, sample prep, and data analysis, helping customers navigate complex workflows.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure rapid, effective resolution in collaboration with internal teams.

Partner closely with Sales to conduct pre-sales presentations and demos, driving adoption of innovative technology.

Serve as the voice of the customer-sharing feedback to shape ongoing product development.

Maintain accurate CRM records to support customer success efforts.

What You'll Bring

Background in (heme) oncology or relevant experience in selling/supporting oncology research applications.
Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Field Applications Specialist or similar.

Hands-on experience in pre-sales support for life sciences or genomic technologies.

Educational background: Master's or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of single-cell and NGS technologies, NGS background highly recommended; single-cell experience a strong plus.

Familiarity with bioinformatics tools (Python, Jupyter Notebooks) desirable.

Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to support customer engagements and scientific events.
