This role offers an outstanding opportunity to excel in a technical career path within Manufacturing, without the need for direct line management. You'll be at the heart of innovative projects, ensuring flawless execution and impactful results. Be part of a team that thrives on outstanding collaboration and determination to make a difference!

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Manufacturing Representative for Manufacturing Projects, ensuring successful implementation.
Solve problems, investigate deviation events, and propose corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with other business areas.
Participate in technical equipment and process training for operations staff.
Support Plant Leads and MSAT with process mapping.
Manage Facility and Fabric works.
Prepare and deliver presentations, protocols, and reports.
Support Customer meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Strong understanding of company policy, external legislation, and regulation impacts on working practices.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve causes of faults in plant, systems, and components.
Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Exercise autonomy and judgement within well-defined parameters.
